Keep conversations relevant to family well-being, nutrition, budgeting, and the resources available on our platform — such as our Interactive Nutrition Workshop. Relevance keeps every discussion valuable for all participants.
Political debates and highly controversial subjects that do not serve family well-being have no place here. When something feels heated, step back and refocus on what unites us: the love of family.
Safety & Privacy
Your family's safety — both online and offline — is a non-negotiable commitment we take seriously every day.
Never share personal details — addresses, phone numbers, financial data — belonging to yourself or others. This protects everyone, especially children, from potential harm.
If something makes you uncomfortable or appears to violate our standards, use the Report function immediately. Our moderation team reviews every report promptly. You can also contact us directly with urgent concerns.
Content involving minors must always be age-appropriate, educational, and respectful. Any content that could endanger or exploit children will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Constructive Contributions
Every post, comment, and shared resource is a contribution to our collective knowledge. Make yours count.
When offering advice — whether on meal planning, family budgeting via our Family Budget Planner, or parenting challenges — ask yourself: does this help? Supportive, practical, and honest contributions are always welcome.
When sharing statistics, studies, or content from other sources, give clear attribution. Plagiarism and copyright violations undermine trust and may result in content removal.
Critique ideas, not people. If you disagree with shared information, offer evidence and alternative perspectives in a respectful, growth-oriented way.

Single parents, blended families, same-sex parents, multigenerational households — every family structure is valid and valued. Our vision has always been to include, never exclude.
Hate speech, slurs, or content that demeans anyone based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic will be removed immediately and the account sanctioned. No exceptions.
Before assuming a universal experience, pause and consider that families look different across cultures and communities. Ask questions with curiosity, not judgment.

Misinformation — especially around health, nutrition, and child development — can cause real harm. Please verify information before sharing and correct mistakes promptly. Our nutrition workshop content is a reliable reference point.
Repeatedly posting the same content, irrelevant links, or self-promotion disrupts community flow. Businesses interested in partnering with us should explore advertising opportunities through the proper channels.
Content shared in this community must be suitable for a general audience that includes parents, caregivers, and older children. Adult-only or graphic content is strictly prohibited.

How We Handle Violations
Our moderation process is graduated and transparent. Our goal is always restoration of community health — not punishment. Moderators follow the guidance below, but reserve the right to escalate based on severity.
